  1. I just read a way to fix that problem.The article says to find where it squeaks,and put baby powder between the board.I'm curious if this works...good luck


  2. You need to locate the squeak area, and get a nail gun and shot it down in a fe places. The holes r super tiny and you just put alittle floor putty in them to cover them up. Maybe someone you know has one you could borrow. Know anyone in the construction biz?

  3. If it's a wooden floor, it's because of a loose floorboard. It should be nailed down more tightly. Any other type of flooring is probably because of either insufficient padding beneath the floor, such as with laminate or vynal, or because the joists in the floor beneath the flooring is loose. Either way, the only permanent solution is to lift the flooring under the squeak and resolve the issue by increasing the padding or by shoring up the subfloor.
