How do kobras build there nest 2 storys high,andhow do they get up onto it?

my little brother wants to know how they do for school?

They mostly don't.  The King cobra sometimes does something that could fit the bill.  Usually, the nest is a pile of leaves on the ground.  Sometimes, it has two reasonably clear divisions with the eggs lower down and an upper area for the mother to lie in.
