  1. It's a straightforward job to convert most cars with automatic transmissions to all hand controls, like they do for amputees.  If necessary, the power steering is changed to be an overdriven setup, where there is much less effort required to turn the wheel, so the steering wheel can be switched out to a smaller diameter.  Then they have a different seat, that permits them to sit to drive while still seeing over the wheel.


  2. Peddles as they call them. They extend the gas and brake peddles and drive.

  4. extensions from the gas and brake peddles so they can reach.  otherwise everything else is the same.  if someone does not have use of legs, like if paralyzed, I have seen cars that have hand controls for everything.  very cool.
