How do men in Pakistan treat American women?

My older sister just ran off (with her one year old baby girl) to pakistan to be with some man she met online. She hasn't contacted any of us in about a week, we're all worried because I hear that everyone over there is aweful to Americans, especially women. And we're all worried about the baby's safety.

Help please?

I have an online friend from Pakistan and he is a very warm, sincere person. I don't get any impression that men there treat women badly.
