  1. I believe most feminists believe in "respect towards men" but only as a radical new concept.

  2. It's quite simple really.  I don't hold grudges against people who've done nothing wrong.  If you do something to hurt me, my family or my friends you will find out just how long my memory is but aside from that I've got no problem with anyone.

Prejudice is ridiculous in any form.

  3. Please. My belief in equality doesn't immediately lend itself to radical man hating.

  4. Once she starts calling herself a feminist it's too late.  Call off the search party.

  5. I just reject feminism because as a movement it is useless...

  6. I remember that I might have a son one day.

  7. I respect every branch of feminism including radical... and think all of it hold their own significant space.

In general i respect all intellectuals irrespective of their gender , who have the rational premise to discus the flaws on any background and argue reasonably towards it.

what i am least interested in are people like Stanly Kowalski(Marlon Brando) and Stella Kowalski(Kim Hunter) from " A Streetcar Named Desire"

  8. Dear lady, "moderate feminist" is a contradiction-in-terms, something  like "gentle assassin."  Feminism is a radical/hard left movment.  Gals who call themselves "moderate feminists" are trying to fool either themselves or other people or both.  In any case, all feminists have crossed the point of no return.

  9. uh?

just because some women are badly treated at the hands of men doesn't mean all men treat women badly. isn't this just common sense?

  10. By remembering that men as a whole are not responsible for the problems of some of their parts. It's not that hard.

  11. Radicalism meaning what?

Just curious what the definition for today is......

"If you are so beset by the way women are treated (at the hands of men, presumably"

You presume falsely, oppression comes from all aspects of society, including other women.

"how do you a retain a respectful attitude towards men in general?"

Simple, unlike so many of you: I don't confuse my beliefs with fire-breathing man-hating

  12. Very simple.  I do not subscribe to the s**+thead thinking that "respect has to be earned."  Everyone deserves, and automatically receives, my respect unless they earn their way out of it.  And there are many here who have done just that, but I never run into anyone like them outside this forum.
