I have members that don't have Yahoo accounts and they are having trouble accessing the Group page, after they accepted the invitation to join.

  1. If they don't have a Yahoo account, then they have an email-only membership.  The group messages will be emailed to them.  In order to use the website features from the group page, they need to sign up for a Yahoo ID.

  2. they cant access the groups web features without that yahoo account- in the members list, across from their e-mail addy says (request profile) if you click that, it'll send a e-mail to those members with instructions on how to hook up with an account

  3. Maybe they are email list member only. They get the message from their email address but they cannot access the group features. In order for them to access the group they need to have a Yahoo! ID and associate it to their email addresses.
