How do obtain the natinal dex in pokemon pearl?

You must have seen all the pokemon (You do not have to capture them) in your regular dex before you can obtain the national pokedex.

To meet the Diamond exclusive Diagla you have to go to the city where the champion's grandma lives and talk to her (she's in the topmost building of the city). She'll show you a picture of the other game's legendary (She will show you Palkia for those of you using diamond)

to obtain the national dex in pokemon pearl u must see all the pokemon...when i achieved this i was proud because it took me s long time... since i didnt see a dang gible it took me long.. make sure u see every pokemon take your time go through the wilderness.. then after u completed this task, professor oak will giv u the national dex... allowing you to se the older pokemon and continue thru the game....

it will take a while to see everyone and u must also beat the elite four before u get the natinal dex ok...
