How do open bars @ restaurants work?

do you think that women @ a bridal party will drink alot and get drunk or....

half the place is a bar the other half is a restraunt 20 and under will have to stay in the restarunt part

i would say it all depends on the crowd. An open bar is where you pay X amount of dollars an hour per person and they can drink whatever they want. I don't think that people will necassarily get drunk, but more than likely most will drink. As far as prices go.....that all depends on your area and what you have. If you want to have alcohol, but not spend a lot of money ask your banquet manager/person in charge if you could maybe opt to do just wine or an alcoholic punch or maybe do mimosas served with the meal.
