  1. lymph glands

    skin

  2. Fever... the body's temperature increases to fight infection.

  3. Perhaps lymph nodes or the lymphatic system.

  4. We have lymph nodes all over our bodies that produce white blood cells in response to infection.  There are lymph nodes located in the axilla (armpit) as well as along the clavicle (collarbone).  Maybe that's what is being indicated????
