i have this peanut plant...it has some small yellow flowers ..where do the peanuts grow?

  1. Peanuts grow underground. A simple Wikipedia search would have provided you with that information.

  3. They grow in the soil as the roots. Once the plant matures pull it out, you'll have peanuts :)

  5. you can get more information by googling something like ''how to grow peanuts'' but for now:

    they grow in the soil just like potatoes. And like potatoes  we keep the soil around the plant loose,,we make a mound around the stalk so that when they grow  there is no hard ground to press against them and defeat our efforts.

    You see peanuts are actually seed pods with seeds in them.

  6. Peanuts grow under ground, like carrots, or potatoes, I would think you could dig a little just to see what t is developing, but do not disturb it. I would wait a while until the flowers are gone. The dictionary may have a picture of the Plant or you can find it on line Yahoo search engine
