  2. That question doesn't really make sense, how do we survive with the ozone holes? We just do.

  3. perhaps a sign of evolution in the genes where they are somewhat adapting the best they can to their damaged environment

  4. They go on surviving as they have for 55 million years.  Penguins are clueless about ozone.
