29th February occurs only every four years. In mathematics, people who is born during this date is already four years older. In fact, he is only one year old every four years.

Therefore, he has four public holidays in his actual year. For an example, he has four Christmas to celebrate. Isn't it wonderful?

  1. you can celebrate a day after cause is bad luck if you celebrate a day before!!!! good luck!

  2. i dont understand it

  3. My grandmother only celebrates every 4 years, but I'm not sure what she did when she was younger. She's never complained about it. We had a big celebration for her last birthday. It is kind of funny, because she claims she is only 22. Even funnier is the fact that she gets around as if she is 22, and she's getting ready to take one night class in Tai Chi and another one in computer programming.

  4. well, i'm born on march first. and every four years, february 29th comes into play, & screws everything up.
