Well, for me, when I want to download a new episode, I usually use bit torrent or go to a direct download website that updates daily whenever an episode is released.

I use Bleachexile.com for daily updates of anime and it's free to download, just need to register.

When I use bit torrent, I use the program bitcomet or bitlord (search on google) and I use the website tokyotosho.com

This website has every daily updates to all japanese related stuff, such as music albums, raw, and subbed episodes.

As soon as things are released, that site should have it pretty quickly.
