i dont know how because i want to eat ghosts...

First you have to trap the ghost.  Then you put it in a pot and cook it.  Then you slice it up with a knife and eat it.  Very tasty with Ranch Dressing.

it's such a delicacy because you have to wait for them to appear, then you have to catch them. cooking and eating them is the easy part.

well, you can always get the Fenton Mom (from Danny Phantom...?!?!) or one of the mangkukulam in Capiz to catch you some Siquijor ghosts. Put it in a microwave to defrost, because the dead can get really cold. add a little salt to take away a bit of that dampness. some potatoes and lettuce. add some coconut milk if you want, but do do carefully as you dont want the ghost milked... some onions, but again, be careful, you might cry and be pitiful of your meal. and finally, cook it along with all other ingredients in a crackpot...
