well...wash ur hair with colder water when u shampoo as it makes hair shiny...and shine serum or spray (tresemme makes a spray u just mist all over ur head, but i recommend rubbing ur hands through after to spread it all over the hair folicals)...u just apply how ever much u need...only a dime amount for regualr hair..for a lot of hair that is frizzy, i do a quarter sized amount...that is how lol...my favoiret shine serum is tresemme or garnier fructis sleek and shine: shine serum

Wash with a good shampoo, and use a product like the John Frieda glazes.  Afterwards, use a leave-in conditioner or cream such as Herbal Essences anti-frizz serum.
