  1. It's called DDoS'ing which stands for Distributed Denial of Service Attack. It's very hard to do, and lots of people think they're doing it, when they're probably not even DoS'ing a site(Denial of Service Attack). To DDoS you have to have over 1000 zombies(computer infected by a trojan) with an upload speed higher then their download speed. They then send millions of packets(requests to view the website) a second, which "lag"(slow) the website down. DRDoS'ing is a whole 'nother story.
