  1. I guess they ask for some kind of identification from actors.. I'm not sure though, I don't watch p**n :)

  2. not sure really.... just dont watch p**n..(thats what i do) anyways... you could always just buy videos from a trusted name store... like playboy, hustler or something of that nature.. i dont know though... if you like it then you will find a way to keep it"clean" - and away from minors.

  3. If it is a p**n that is professionally produced and sold (not one that someone is black marketing or filming at home- since those can have anything in them even though illegal), then the company or person producing the p**n whether video or photographs requires proof of age verification.

We are not talking about one proof either. They require two government issued proofs of identity which are valid when presented. These can be a driver's license, passport, government issued identification (if they lost their license), military identification, etc.

If they are under the age of 18, it is a no. They cannot participate in any way with it by appearing in videos or images where nudity is involved.

Next, there is a strict government law which you will see posted on every website with p**n on it and movies somewhere. That is the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance statement stating that all persons are over the age of 18. The compliance statement is:

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created.

Again this is something that people who are not doing the real thing may not comply with as they are breaking the law. However, anyone under the age of 18 at the time of the video or photo shoot in the media makes that media child pornography which is of course very much against the law.

  4. If its a legit outfit they would require proof of ID as the company would face court action if the person doing the p**n is underage, the onus is on the company
