  1. Allow me to be the first to answer......

    Okay...third.

I've been on the Italian side with Yahoo Answers, using my Italian writing skills with some degree of success.

One Question I asked was for them to sing me an Italian song.

I had many answers, all beautiful songs.

I gathered they enjoy life better, living day by day.

I also noticed that they seem to be talking a lot about part time work.  Seems full time jobs are scarse there.

And, I noticed their real estate is very expensive and difficult to own, which is also like that in the U.S. and many other parts of the world...except the U.S. has affordable housing if you are willing to live in rural areas.

I think I want to go back and ask them another question...Che dice sta sera?

I just did, cost me five points.

I was in Italy a long time ago, spent several months there.  It's just a beautiful country with lots of good food and friendly, ordinary people.

I would love to live there.

I like living among friendly people.

(Just received an answer...a fella won in a game of poker.)

Aint' that nice?  Once it was impossible to communicate worldwide in a short amount of time.

  6. well, people earn 1000 per month and the rent of an apartment costs not less than 650-700 euro, bills excluded... you know.. average life: working and trying to do what is possible to enjoy life but these are hard times. Lots of unemployment

  7. con la dolce vita... (--,)

  8. 58,133,509

  9. With taste for life

  10. Well they're either born there or they fly there.

  11. From my experience they live quite well and comfortably. We are not the only country with a nice lifestyle. We have had the good fortune to spend a lot of time in Italy and life there is just fine. Just like here there are different standards of living but all have a good and rich life.
