How do people make these kind of pictures?

How do people make these picture kind of like this?

IDK, if its photoshop but I have seen alot of em. What it is is a lighter and you write your name with a lighter flame. It might be a highspeed camera? Anyone know how to do it?

You need a camera that can take long exposures - at least ten seconds, or a B setting. Put it on a tripod, in the dark, with the flash on. The time exposure in the dark gives you time to do the writing, while the flash illuminates the writer. Use second-curtain sync if you have it, so the flash goes off at the end.

it's a long exposure.

since you have it, take a look in your owner's manual for your camera, or google, to find how you can make the exposure longer.
