How do people manage to commit suicide without worrying about what might happen after they die....?

  1. People who commit suicide do not usually want to die.  They are suffering so much pain and anguish that they just want it to end.  They see no alternative but to take their lives.  They do not think of the hereafter.  Only the stopping of pain.  


  2. Good question. I think someone who wants to die, believes whatever is going to happen is better than what is happening right now.. Its unfortunate, I wish they could see into the future for that one moment and know that things will be so different from how life is today, and that all the bad stuff, get resolved and things move on.  

  3. thats the whole point of suicide, you dont want to worry anymore!

Generally when a person has reached a point in their life where they think suicide is viable option, the pain, whether mental or physical, that they feel is so all consuming that all they consider is ending that pain. Thoughts of an afterlife, or of the friends and family they have in this life no longer impact their thinking.

  5. i don't know... all of the people i know of who have actually experienced that are dead.
