How do people prank call by using telemarketing soundboards? Like, HOW?

Well just do a search for the soundboard and find the actor or whatever that you want to use and turn you turn your speakers up and dial whatever number one of your friends and hit the diff keys to say waht you want I dint want to do it to random people cause I might get caught idk ?
