How do people prank call with soundboards like this?

How do they do that? I want to do it to some of my friends.

they're not hard to do

it's really easy with a Mac or an XP / Win2k computer and multi-track audio software

just record a pile of random clips into the program from whatever movie(s) you want,

open them all or as many as the pc  or program will open

setup the program to play only the clip you select

use a "speaker phone"  and put one of the pc speakers right beside the mic on the phone

then call your friends and try it out
