Are they any good? Are they okay at containing poos etc, with no leaks?

Considering buying some, wanted to know what others though first though.

  1. ive never used them, but thought about rtying them. i use huggies natural fit, i switched from pampers active fit as i found the pampers leaked. ive never had any leaks with huggies. they are better fitting for my dirl, and i find them softer.

if you want to try them, buy 1 pack, then you arent losing out on too much if you dont like them.

  2. When my baby was younger I used to use them during the day. Because he used to p**p a lot when he was breastfeeding, they were fine because I had to change him pretty regularly. They never leaked.

However, I used to use huggies stay dry at night because otherwise he would be wet by the morning.

But as he got older and pooped less, I stopped using them. This was because they were only lasting a few hours before he got wet. I found I was having the change him twice as often than if I used a regular nappy. A Nature Babycare nappy would need changing every 3 hours but a huggies would last 6 hours (unless he did a poo).

It seemed pointless using twice as many 'environmentally friendly' nappies than normal nappies!!

I still use their wipes and nappy sacks however because they are better for the environment and the wipes contain a lot less nasty chemicals than conventional wipes.

  3. pamper huggies r rubbish

  4. i'm in the us, but use nature babycare. i love them, never had a leak.

  5. I've used them (on my son, not me!) and they are fine for daytime use. They aren't quite absorbent enough for night-time I have found but are just as good as standard pampers/huggies during the day. If you are concerned about the environment then reusable nappies are even better - I have also used Tots Bots Bamboozle reusable nappies for a long time and once you get in the swing of it with the washing then it's not really too much hassle. Another eco-disposable that a friend of mine uses and recommends is Bambos which aren't as widely available and are more pricey but she reckons are better.

  6. If you google nature babycare nappies reviews there are lots of mums who have tried and tested them and written reviews. Hope that helps.
