  1. You write a letter of sponsorship addressed to the Visa Section of the British Embassy addressed in Thailand (address found on internet) Say you are wishing to support the person, for how long, give your full name address, phone number, where you work, you'll need bank statements etc, give full name of the Thai person and their address and what the purpose of the visit is, etc. make four copies of this, send one to your Thai friend, send one to the Embassy, keep the other two. Ask your Thai friend to take that letter you gave him/her to the British Embassy in Thailand and present it along with a completed visa application.

  2. get work-permit visa.. its for 1 year then it extends if u get well paid

  3. they have to apply for a visa via british embasy in bangkok.

the forms are quite detailed and long 12 - 16 pages.

    sponsership helps.

    are they relitives? this helps

they wont get working visa unless you can prove that nobody local can do the work, esential employment visa required.

paying return flight they are not really interested in.

the thai person needs to prove that they will return to thailand and not overstay visa,

so if they have  work record in thailand, family, property ect this helps.

if they think that they are going to work on a holiday visa forget it.

    best thing...

never lie to the embasy.. they deal with this every day, they know all the scams so dont  bsht they.

    good luck

  4. If they are coming to work, they need a work permit.

If they are coming for a holiday of less than 6 months, they need a tourist visa.
