How do perscription medications work?

how often are they refilled?

my dad has a percription for 30 sleeping pills, take one a day, how often can he get these refilled.

Tonight i cannot get to sleep (football game tommorrow) , but my dad has 2 sleeping pills left. Should I take one or would I be selfish ?

  1. I hope I am not too late. Don't take anything! You will feel horrible, maybe very groggy, to morrow and you'll mess up your football game!

    As a general rule, never take medication which is prescribed for someone else.  


  2. only harm it will do to you is if you are allergic to something in it just take 1 as you want to wake up not feeling like ****. just don't make a habit of it or you will get addicted to the things. and if your dad uses them all the time he probably has a few repeats on the script

  3. If you take prescription medication that was not issued to you, you are commiting a crime and gambeling with your help. Do not assume because it's okay for your father that you will have the same health side affects if you take the pill.

    Far as them being re-filled that will be dependant on the prescription your father was issued.
