I need examples of earthquakes for four different types of plate boundary movements and how they have been caused:

Constructive

Destructive

Conservative

Collision

  1. Constructive? They can form new fertile land, for example along the Asian Pacific border, especially in China.

    Destructive? Look at the devastating earthquakes in South America, due to strike-slip faults between that Continent and the Pacific. Another example could be the Pacific Rim of Fire volcanoes.

    Conservative? I guess they can isolate regions, like India and the rest of Asia.

    Collision? Well look at the stress between the Pacific plate and the North American plate, or the European plate and the North American plate. Iceland is one of the most geologically active places on earth, and the San Andreas has unleashed h**l on Los Angeles before.
