How do policies help children and their families whilst being looded-after (in care)?

  1. Really unsure what you mean by policies. Do you mean some kind of insurance policy the families had?  Also I have never heard of families being taken in to care. Children yes but with example  financial problems usually families are put in to B &B's of some sort of accommodation by the Social Services.
