  1. Poly boats ( molded kayaks, Walker Bay dinghies etc) are fairly durable, in that they will flex when they hit something rather than break.......the drawback, and its a big one, is that if you punch a hole in one you are faced with a very difficult repair; polyester and epoxy resins don't stick very well to polyethylene and neither does 5200..........a big enough hole in one of these boats and you now have a very big flower planter box..........
