if you find 20 dollars in front of your job would you turn it in

if you see someone pick up 20 dollars would you tell on them.

would you still from a job

do you think ppl steal from the job and etc... etc... how do the hiree know what to look for

  1. Just pick the right answer. Usually, almost always, there's one that is the "right" answer. Whether that's what you would do or not.

  2. The survey tests a few things. It tests your honesty, and your ability to recognize the basics - that stealing is stealing, no matter how big or small, do you have integrity, etc. Now if you think back as a kid, you lied to your parents, you may have stolen a dollar out of the purse but wouldn't dream of doing it now.

I once was told by an ex of mine (he is an officer) that ironically, the way to pass is to lie and answer as if they are talking about 'right now'.

  3. Are you kidding?  There's nothing "tricky" about those questions.  They're asking you if you plan on stealing from them or if you plan on being a good team member.  Which one of those things do you think is wisest to tell them?

And, yes, I've filled out and passed a ton of those things.  And, every time, I absolutely, positively, 100% lie through my teeth.

  4. Its easy.  They are checking for character flaws.  If you answer all of the questions the same, they know you aren't lying.

Don't try to figure it out.  If you can't do it on your own, you need to check your character.

  5. just answer like your mom would like you to answer.......silly, but works
