Question:

How do prefabricated homes get proper plumbing and electric?

I am looking into purchasing a prefabricated home, not a manufactured or mobile home, the type you can put together yourself. I have briefly researched these types of homes online to get more information. However I still have a couple of questions. How is the plumbing and electric installed? Is that included with the house or is it an added expense and something you have to do on your own?

  1. Manda Panda, quite a few of my neighbors&friends have purchased prefabricated homes and they are very happy with their choices,we are looking to do the same.Ask the manufacturer the specifics of your question they would be better informed to give you a better answer.Good luck with your new venture.

  2. all the utilities are extra and you need to hire subs to do the work. You may get a material allowance but you will pay for installation
