How do print on cds?

i know my printer can, but do you need a program of some sort?

Print CD'SS !! ???????? huh.. if u mean burn cd's try using NERO

You can buy labels that print on them and stick them on the cd.  Or get a light scribe burner.  I use the software acoustica with my light scribe.

As well has having a printer that can print on CDs you also need to buy "printable" CDs or DVDs - these are clearly labelled on the packaging as being printable - you cannot just print on any CD.

If your printer did not actually come with some suitable software then all the better known CD/DVD  packages such as Nero/Roxio/Sonic etc  have disc printing facilities - or just do a search of the internet - there are probably hundreds - many free - out there
