The Graphics Tablet does not work very good, it comes out quite messy so how do professional cartoonists whom create shows get them on the computer?

  1. They first scan their work. After, they view the drawing and trace it using an advanced animation software.

EDIT: After scanning it, they have to reconstruct the whole thing by tracing it in the computer; making it editable (a cartoonist can modify its color). They do this on a paper because drawing on a computer is very very difficult. It is the same with drawing on a tablet. Some advanced programs have automatic tracing features that can trace the whole drawing from the paper. So the only thing the artist should do is to add color. Take note that usually, cartoon artists scan drawings without color.
