How do pros get their racquet's heavier?

Do they use lead tape or does the company that makes the racquet just make it to their specific weight?

company modifies it for them so they can get teh best result. pros usually tell the company what theyre lookin for and they demo different versions until they like one

They give very specific instructions to their racket sponsors so that the racket will suit their style of play.

They have their own specs for their racket and just give it to the sponsor. They also help design the racket. (for aerodynamics or stuff like that )
