How do "s*x-line-operators" work?

In an office, or at home?

Do they follow a script or make it all up?

Do they get paid like waitresses; a certain amount and then whatever they can come up with on top or is it commission?

Some have an office but for most its there home.  You can tell if they are reading from a script. Its all monotone and no emotion even at the final time. They get a certain percent of every call.
