How do radio hosts talk so much??

I'm not talking about a radio station that plays songs but like one that a talk show like John Jay and Rich?

They talk for like 12 hours a day 7 days a week!!!!

Some radio stations have talk shows. Like 'Matty in the Morning' on kiss108. Try listening to them talk. It's sometimes entertaining and some people really enjoy it.
