Then you limit the availability and the rest is basic economics.  ;p

Or you could try discovering who likes the particular artworks and marketing to them directly.  If you are the artist then limited editions with certificates of authenticity backed by integrity could mean that once you have established your market collectors may buy new ranges in anticipation of increased interest from other parties.
