How do restaurants confine the noise that their band makes so neighbors do not get disturbed?

We operate an unenclosed bar that includes live bands. Neighbors are complaining about the noise. Help.

  1. you should have considered the place from the very start. better transfer somewhere where loud noise is allowed


  2. try placing some foam(or egg containers-'cartons') on the walls...it could help...

  3. Theres nothing you can do about it darlin... lol... i dunno. soundproof the whole place?

  4. Headphones for the audience. You don't have to worry about the noise if you can secure a brgy permit of your business with a clear disclosure that you have noisy bands. Some business districts favors the band noise of restaurants than the people who "live" in commercial disticts. If you are in a residential area, you are a pollution there and you better find a new location for your restaurant.
