  1. when you have a cut, your blood clots towards the surface of you skin to stop the blood flow in that area, and a scab forms. Hope that helps :)

  2. When you break your skin, lots of bloodcells come to the rescue and try to mend the breakage.  Skin is your bodies first line of defence so to prevent any foreign germ from getting into your body, your body builds a barrier...with dried blood cells.

  3. um i think it has to do wit when u get a cut or whatever the blood dries on the surface of ur skin and new skin starts to form and grow and help heal the cut..thats why u get scars when the scabs come off

idk if i explained that all too well but yea

    hope that helps lol

  4. plaklids (sp?) are in your blood when you have a wound the plaklids work to stick together to form a scab, when the wound has grown new skin the scab falls off, that's why if you pick at a scab and it comes off the new skin hasn't fully formed to you start to bleed again

  5. when you get a cut your blood comes out and certain cells in your blood called platelets band together and harder clothing the wound protecting it from infections and stopping more   blood getting out

  6. when u bleed u hav platelets that rush 2 the area that is bleeding and they block it so it stops bleeding and all the platelets form the scab

  7. When you get a cut, blood platelets immediately start to clot the cut to prevent blood loss. When that is formed, underneath that scab, scar tissue is being creating to seal up the cut. It's your body's natural first aid kit/band aid.  Those platelets are your scabs.

  8. When you get a scratch or something starts to bleed, when the blood dries and that's it. A scab is just dried blood.
