  1. the scoring for SAT:

    there are three parts

    Reading (200-800) percentile

    Writing (200-800) percentile: grammar is 70%, essay is 30%

    Math (200-800) percentile

    i think you should check out collegeboard.com they have the entire scaling.

    also the scoring varies from test to test, for some tests are a margin easier than other's so if you get two incorrect on the math section for one test that might be a 780 (if the test is moderate) but if you have a difficult test two wrong could be a perfect score of an 800.
