  1. pay attention to how your body reacts to different foods, ie: anything with sugar like coka-cola ice creams dough cakes and anything oily really add to my structure-not in a good way, but when I stick to water eat produce & meat w/o breading-weight just falls right off me.

  2. eat food

  3. I wish I knew the answer to that... my friend, Kirin, is like 5' tall and she's really picky (doesn't eat much fruits or any veggies) and she maintains a weight of about 100 pounds... I'm 5'5" and have basically the same diet as her and I'm overweight...

and we both don't excercise much at all either...

    so idk

  4. If you don't' eat enough your body intentionally stores fat.

Basically, exercise and not eating too much junk food is how we do it.

  5. I am really short as well (under 5 feet) and used to have a fairly significant weight problem. I found that by eating healthier foods and not snacking between meals, I was able to control my weight in a healthy way. I also have a rule that at mealtime I eat what I need and push away from the table before I get the bloated too-full feeling that comes with overeating. I try not to snack late at night. As for exercise, I don't go overboard. I like to walk and found that a good brisk pace rather than the power walking was quite sufficient. I felt good and had more energy. Swimming is a good exercise too as it works all the muscle groups. I have maintained the same weight for a long time and find that I do not stress if I gain a couple of pounds. I know that it will happen from time to time and that with stress comes the urge to eat the wrong things. I try to go and do something I like which will keep my mind and my hands busy.

  6. better find time to exercise. everybody needs to in order to be healthy. take in less calories than you burn. stay away from preservatives, watch your sodium intake because that makes you take on more water weight.
