  1. Everything about them is small, engine, wheelbase etc.

    In the States, a Smart car will be a novelty for a short time but if they really want to make a real difference they need to import the diesel version which can also be run on Bio-fuel, now they would be worth having and at over 50-60 m.p.g. on a renewable resource, that would be Smart!
