How do they convert an electric signal into audible sound waves?

  1. A coil of wire is attched to a papercone and the coil is supeneded around a permant magnet an electrical signal is aplied to the coil and it reacts to the magnetic fiel pushing the cone in and out causinf the air to compress and depress ths is the reproduction of sound.
