this is an extremely simple question with an extremely difficult answer

i study economics and  i think that you also know that the recession isn't like a toothache which could be easily fixed by visiting your dentist

realistically - its impossible to stop the recession, its like a stage almost all economies have to go through - the stage where an economy flourishes then it overproduce and has to stop "growing". its similar to the caterpillar/butterfly thing. you can't have an economy that flourishes and grow all the time, non-stop. there must be a recession to get the market/economy back to realistic levels and then the market grows again naturally

but all of that is realistic reasoning, theoretically, if every single person that is involved in that certain economy stops making the economy grow (i.e. stop buy/selling) it would immediately stop the growth, then is everyone then bought ONLY what they needed, in a few years the recession would cease- but this idea is nearly impossible
