NOT!!! how do you eat sunflowers but how THEY eat like nutrition

  1. Photosynthesis - the process letting them use light, carbon dioxide and water to make food.


  2. They draw nutrients from the soil.

    They have a powerful root system that reaches deep into the soil. They need N, P and K.

    They also take in microelements like Mo, Cu, Co, Zn etc.

    Oh and water of course.
