  1. tadpoles cant mate!!!

thats like asking how can newborn babies mate!!!

the tadpoles have to mature first...

  2. Tadpoles dont mate their baby frogs/toads

  3. The tadpoles don't mate, but whatever they turn into (frogs, toads, salmanders, newts) do. The male hops on the female's back and as she releases her eggs, he releases sperm to fertilize the eggs.

  4. The tadpole is the growing stage in the metamorphosis of an amphibian.

The cycle is egg, tadpole, adult.

When the egg hatches the tadpole's job is to eat enough to enable it to metamorphose into the adult. The tadpole goes through a sort of mini evolution, starting off with just a tail, mouth and gut it eats, grows gills, swims around, eats more, grows lungs and loses it's gills, grows legs, becomes an adult (Frog, newt or salamander), lays eggs which are fertilised by a male and so on.

  5. Only mature frogs mate. They serenade the females to tell where they are then hop on its back, following morning you have strings of eggs to turn into tadpoles in few days time.

  6. Tadpole don't mate, when they turn into frogs they mate like humans.
