How do take off adhesive plastic locks off cabinetry?

Pry them off with a screwdriver or putty knife. Be careful not to scratch the cabinet finish...try using a piece of cardboard under the tool edge to prevent scratches . Then use "Goo-gone" to remove glue residue..it's the best product for such use.

run fishing line down the edge back behind the lock and hit it with goo gone or goof off it takes out the risk of scratching the cabinetry
