I had to go to my old elementary school to teach little kids art projects and as i was walking down the hall my 4 grade teacher she said hi and even remembered my name . Though i think that's hard remembering someone after 7 years , especially when you get new students every year . I'm just curious thank you :)

  1. Not all teachers are like that. My art teachers remembers his students from 25 years earlier. Tha is some good memory. My science teacher does't remember anyone. I asked her if she remembered my friend. She didn't, and wanted me to take her picture, then she finally remembered. Haha.

  2. Though teachers don't remember every student they've ever taught, there are some that are memorable. I've heard teachers talk about former students they've taught 20 or 30 years ago. Usually, the memorable ones were either really good kids or really bad kids or the teacher knew the parents.

My guess is you were one of the really good kids she remembers.

  3. I would assume the same way you might remember an old friend or someone you went to high school with. You remember one or two certain unique attributes about everyone you've met. You might not remember them off the top of your head, but usually seeing them triggers the memory.

  4. It's Teacher Magic - just like we know who is causing a fuss when our backs are turned.

  5. its called a brain

  6. After seeing them for so long, you just get used to each of them.  Believe me, it's not only the good kids that you remember!

  7. She just gets used to the faces and puts them with the names.  My mom's a teacher and she may not always remember names, but she always remembers her students!  Hope this solves your question.
