How do ten hour shifts work? As far as days off.

What are the suggested times, shift should be set up as far a 24 hour day.

You work Monday thru Thursday to get your 40 hours.  Very easy./

It doesn't work for a 24 hour day, of course. /

Well, I think it depends on the type of work.  For me, I work four days a week, with three days off (two back to back, one odd).  Most people do M-Th, either 7-5p or 8-6p.  Whatever the hours of operation should depend on the scheduling.
