I am going to Spain for 12 weeks and about 3 days to study. Will I still require a Student visa because I am staying 3 days more than the 3months permitted? or can i only stay exactly 90 days?

  1. You can only stay 90 days legally, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. What I did was I took a train ride to Cerberus, France, spent a few hours looking around turned around and got my visa renewed on re-entry to Spain.

  2. get your college to sort it out, its well easy and nothing to worry about...

  3. You can stay more, just give your passport to your University or College office which deals with visa stuff. They will get your visa extended for a whole month.

    Hope that will help

    Peace.
