  1. bad

  2. I am Chinese-American. If you are referring to current criticism concerning various aspects of the Olympics then it seems to me that the criticisms are generally very well founded.

China promised journalistic freedom. China lied.

China promised that human rights would be respected. China lied.

Directly relating to the games themselves, there is no question that the Chinese government has faked documentation to violate the age rules for women's gymnastics. there is reason to believe that one or more judges were bribed by the Chinese government.  It is an echo of n**i Germany's attempts to cheat during the 1936 Olympics in Berlin. The government of China is the modern equivalent of n**i Germany with the same contempt for the rule of law and the same arrogant belief that they can do whatever they want.

And more criticism is coming. I am watching the US-China baseball game and so far this game SIX American batters have been hit by throws. There is no doubt that this is deliberate.

China sees the Olympics as an instrument of state policy and has acted accordingly. No decent person could regard their actions as anything but worthy of criticism.

  3. I just think they're a bunch sore losers.

  4. If you are talking about gymnastics, it is unreasonable coming from the NBC talking about how some of the girls do not deserve the medals they deserve, then blaming how the judges may have been biased toward the United States. I personally am frustrated with the way NBC talking about it, but I can understand how they are biased in their own ways because it is an American news station.

If you are talking about China in general, I think I have gotten used to the criticisms and just looking at it with an open mind.

  5. i think its horrid

i'm supporting the chinese and us team's all the way

but i think its wrong to accuse the chinese gymnastics female team that they're underage

because they're not, chinese women are very short and a lot of the competitors look younger than they are, it's true

especially from a comment from the US organizer of olympics, her name is like marta kiakklfakefalkelfacae something like that

and then she commented rudely about how the Chinese girls were underage after the US lost to china, i mean c'mon, normal coaches just embrace with the other team and accept the other's prescence

i support the US team and Chinese team 100% all the way

i just don't think the US should be giving so much criticism

  6. I'm chinese. But iw ould consider myself hong kong chinese. not mainland chinese. Thus, I agree with all the criticism thats coming from the USA. China is a messed up country. It has a lot of stuf that needs to be worked out.

  7. 90% of Chinese people don't care a c**p about what outsiders call issues and it just pisses them off.
